I have recently been inundated with news and digital communicaes from various sources indicating that that there is too much to do.

Just prior to the climatic scene in Bridge on the River Kwai, the commander of the British commandos sent to blow up the bridge, utters something akin to “On the presumption that there is ALWAYS one more thing to do, I will stay here to make sure it is done”.  Then, despite their well laid plans and his standing by to do whatever else needs to be done, everything goes wrong.  Nature exposes their plot.  All of the commandos attempting to execute the plan get executed and the leader is unable to do the one more thing because he was not in a position to do it.

Yet, the bridge still blows up right when it is supposed to.

So many of us are being overwhelmed by our circumstances and driven to near “MADNESS” by the ever present one more thing to do that we lose sight of goals and maybe even give up on our dreams.  In my experience, there is now and ALWAYS will be one more thing to do. It’s just that I have found I am not, necessarily, the force in universe that needs to do it.
